Pomegranate Lime Sorbet

An easy, sweet and tart sorbet.
Recipe type: Dessert
Serves: 8 servings
  • 3 cups pomegranate juice
  • ½ cup sugar
  • ½ cup fresh lime juice
  1. In a large non-reactive bowl, combine the juices and sugar.
  2. Whisk to dissolve the sugar (I find 10-15 seconds in the microwave speeds this process up).
  3. Pour the mixture into your ice cream maker and process according to your machine's instructions.
  4. Place in an airtight container and freeze until solid, at least 2 hours but up to two weeks.
