While planning my recent trip to Italy, I read everything I could get my hands on. I was particularly interested in lodging, since my last trip to Italy was via a cruise where I didn’t need to worry about where we would stay. As fate would have it, I stumbled upon a blog called Girl in Florence. At the very, very bottom of her page on hotel recommendations in Florence, she recommended a B and B named Valdirose. I had gotten up early so I wouldn’t miss a minute on Italy’s Amalfi Coast, and I managed to catch the amazing beauty of nature as we were pulling into the cruise port While on this trip in 2016, my husband and I (who had never been to Europe before), vowed to return every 2 years. I recently took my daughter to New York City and it was SO fun to see the city through her eyes. Vibrant and alive, New York City is one of my favorite places to visit.
