Creamy Parmesan Dressing

  • 1/2 cup greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup buttermilk
  • 3 Tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic, minced (approximately one large clove)
  • 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon white wine vingear
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon fresh cracked black pepper


  1. In a small bowl, whisk together greek yogurt, buttermilk, and mayonnaise until well combined.  

  2. Add parmesan cheese and combine well.

  3. Add remaining ingredients and whisk until smooth. Add more buttermilk if needed to get your desired consistency.

  4. Transfer to a glass container and allow to chill for at least one hour, preferably overnight.  

  5. Store in a glass container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.  

Recipe Notes

This dressing is better when refrigerated before using, but that isn't absolutely necessary if you're pressed for time.  This recipe will make 8 servings (2 Tablespoons per serving).
