Iced Lavender Almond Milk Latte

A subtly sweet coffee treat!

For the Simple Syrup

  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 Tablespoon culinary lavender

For the Latte

  • 1/2 cup cold brew concentrate
  • 1/2 cup vanilla almond milk
  • 1-2 teaspoons lavender simple syrup
  • ice


For The Lavender Simple Syrup

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a small sauce pan.

  2. Bring to a boil and allow all of the sugar to dissolve

  3. Turn off the heat and allow to steep for approximately 20 minutes.

  4. Store in an airtight container for up to one month. 

To Make an Iced Lavender Almond Milk Latte

  1. Fill a glass with ice.

  2. Add the cold brew concentrate and almond milk, stirring gently to combine.

  3. Stir in 1-2 teaspoons of simple syrup (to taste) and enjoy.
