  • 2 cups baby spinach leaves
  • 16 ounces frozen mango chunks
  • 16 ounces frozen pineapple chunks

  1. Add the orange, spinach, and almond milk to a blender.  Blend until smooth.

  2. Add frozen mango chunks.  Blend until smooth.

  3. Add frozen pineapple chunks.  Blend until smooth.

  4. Pour into tall glasses and prepare to share with your friends!

Recipe Notes

I buy the frozen mango and frozen pineapple in 16 ounce bags, making it easy to pull them from the freezer and dump into the blender-no measuring required.

Allergic to almonds?  No problem!  You can use coconut milk, water or if you are OK with dairy, you can substitute regular milk.

This makes approximately 7 cups of smoothie-enough for 5 people to have 1.5 cups each.
