This is a super simple, comforting sandwich with a European flair. Of course you can change the amounts of ingredients to your taste. Increase the amounts if you have a baguette longer than 12 inches, as you can then make 3 sandwiches.

or thinly sliced brie
Warm the baguette, if not already warm.
Spread 2 Tablespoons of brie spread over the bottom half of the baguette.
Arrange sopresatta over brie spread.
Top with arugula.
Cover with the top of the baguette.
Cut baguette in half to give you 2 sandwiches.
