Easy Lemon Tahini Sauce

A simple sauce that will transform your veggies! Made with only a few, staple ingredients. This recipe is vegan, gluten free, and ready in less than 10 minutes.

  • 1/3 cup tahini
  • 2 Tablespoons fresh lemon juice (about 1 medium lemon)
  • 1 clove garlic, roughly chopped
  • 1/8 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 6 Tablespoons water


  1. Combine all ingredients in the bowl of a high powered blender.

  2. Blend until smooth, adding additional water to thin the sauce as needed.

  3. Store the sauce in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 7 days.
