Easy Romesco Sauce

Any easy twist on a classic Spanish sauce made with ingredients you probably have in your pantry!

Servings 3 Cups


  • 1 (28 ounce) can Plum Tomatoes, drained
  • 1 (12 ounce) jar Roasted Red Peppers, drained
  • 3/4 cup Sliced Almonds
  • 1 teaspoon Kosher Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Smoked Spanish Paprika
  • 1 Tablespoon White Wine Vinegar
  • 1 Tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil


  1. Combine all ingredients in the bowl of a food processor. Pulse until smooth. 

  2. Serve immediately or refrigerate in an airtight container for up to one week.
