Fiesta Guacamole

This is a quick and easy guacamole sure to be a huge hit at your next Fiesta!

  • 4 avocados
  • 1 Tablespoon fresh squeezed lime juice
  • 1 Tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 Tablespoon Green Jalapeno Pepper Tabasco
  • 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 cup red onion, finely diced (1 medium onion)
  • 1 cup tomato, chopped (1 medium tomato)


  1. In a medium sized bowl, smash the avocados into a chunky mixture

  2. Mix in lime juice, Worcestershire sauce, tabasco sauce, and salt. Taste and adjust seasonings to taste.

  3. Fold in diced onion and diced tomato.

  4. Garnish with additional diced onion and diced tomato.  

  5. Serve and enjoy.

Recipe Notes

  1. Each serving is approximately 1/4 cup.
  2. Serve with chips, vegetables or as a spread on sandwiches or crackers.
  3. Guacamole left exposed to air will start to darken.  To slow this process, press saran wrap tightly against the top of the guacamole.  Stir before serving.
