Lemon Herb Goat Cheese Spread

Fresh herbs, goat, cheese, and lemon combine to make a light and airy spread perfect as an appetizer or topper for your favorite dish!

  • 11 ounces Goat Cheese
  • 2 Tablespoons minced fresh dill
  • 2 Tablespoons minced fresh chives
  • 1/2 Tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • zest of one lemon
  • 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 2 Tablespoons half and half


  1. Allow the goat cheese to soften at room temperature for 10-15 minutes.

  2. Place all ingredients in the bowl of a stand mixer and whip for 2-3 minutes until light and airy. 

  3. Adjust seasoning to taste. Serve immediately or refrigerate, covered, for up to 3 days.
