Whipped Mocha Frosting

A light, airy frosting that pairs well with angel food cake. I find it best to double the recipe so as to have an extra thick coating on your cake!

Ingredients

  • 1 16 ounce tub whipped dairy topping like Cool Whip
  • 2 Tablespoons chocolate malt powder
  • 1 box of instant chocolate pudding

Instructions

  1. Gently beat all ingredients together and refrigerate until ready to eat. Frosted cakes should also remain refrigerated until served.
