Puttanesca Bruschetta

  • 1 baguette sliced
  • 8 ounces Neufchatel cheese softened
  • 8 ounces feta cheese crumbled
  • 1/2 cup kalamata olives pitted and diced
  • 2 pints cherry tomatoes
  • 1 bottle capers drained


  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. Spread tomatoes over a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  3. Bake for 30 minutes or until wrinkled and starting to pop.
  4. Remove from oven and allow to cool.
  5. Place sliced bread in a single layer on baking sheet
  6. Bake for 7-10 minutes until slightly crusty and browned.
  7. While bread is browning, place feta cheese and Neufchatel cheese into the bowl of a food processor.
  8. Process for 2 minutes or until fully incorporated.
  9. Add kalamata olives and pulse several times until combined.
  10. Remove kalamata spread to a bowl.
  11. Spread kalamata spread onto a slice of the crusty baguette.
  12. Spoon roasted tomatoes over the kalamata spread.
  13. Sprinkle with capers.
  14. Serve and enjoy!
