Seven Layer Bars

Seven Layer Bars

This is a decadent, yet oh so simple bar. Perfect to share with someone that may need a little comfort. The bars made in a 9x9 pan make a very thick bar best eaten with a fork, for a little thinner bar you can also make this in a 9x13 pan (that's what my mom used to do). Make sure you wait until these are fully cool to cut them, otherwise you will end up with a gooey mess (still great eaten with a fork!).
