Ingredients
2slicesof your favorite bread
1ripe avocado
1sliceof baconcooked and chopped
1teaspoonof cilantrochopped
Sriracha to taste
Coarse sea salt to taste
Instructions
Toast the slices of bread in a toaster.
Slice avocado in half and remove the pit.
Using a fork, smash the avocado (this can be done while still in the peel).
Scoop the smashed avocado out of the peel of one half of the avocado and spread on toasted bread.
Repeat with other half of avocado, scooping it onto the second piece of toasted bread.
Drizzle sriracha to taste over the avocado.
Sprinkle bacon, cilantro and sea salt over the two slices of toast.
