Lemon Thyme Vinaigrette

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 2 Tablespoons Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 1 Scant Tablespoon Dijon Mustard
  • 1 Teaspoon Fresh Thyme, chopped
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Kosher salt

Instructions

  1. In a small jar with tight fitting lid, combine all ingredients.

  2. Shake well to combine.

  3. Adjust seasoning as needed.
