This broccoli is vibrant, tasty and oh, so easy to make! For variety, you could also use the juice of an orange instead of the lemon, an additional 1/2 teaspoon of red pepper flakes, or an additional 1 teaspoon of sesame seeds.

Ingredients
1head of broccolibroken into florets (or 1 bag of broccoli florets)
1Tablespoonolive oil
1teaspoonkosher salt
1/2teaspoonground pepper
1/2of a medium lemon
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400ºF.
In a large bowl, combine broccoli, olive oil, salt and pepper.
Arrange on a baking pan.
Squeeze lemon juice, from 1/2 lemon, over broccoli.
Roast for 20 minutes or until broccoli develops brownish tips .
