White Balsamic Vinaigrette

An easy, flavorful twist on a classic vinaigrette.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup good Olive Oil
  • 2 Tablespoons White Balsamic Vinegar
  • 1/2 Tablespoon Dijon Mustard
  • 1/2 Tablespoon minced shallot
  • pinch of kosher salt
  • fresh ground pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a small jar.
  2. Tighten lid and shake the mixture vigorously until emulsified.
  3. Store unused portion in refrigerator for up to one week.
