Ingredients

water
can use coconut water or regular
1/2
cup
plain greek yogurt
1
small banana
broken into large chunks
1
generous handful fresh baby spinach
1
handful frozen mango
1
handful frozen pineapple
1
small drizzle of honey
approximately 1/2 tsp
Instructions
Add the ingredients in the order listed to the jar of a high powered blender (I use Blendtec; a Ninja or Vitamix would also work) and process according to your blender instructions.
Serve immediately.
