Fall is my favorite time of year. Sweaters, colorful leaves, jeans, and CHILI! I haven’t yet met a chili that I don’t love, but this Instant Pot Chipotle Beef Chili is my go to recipe. Traveling through Italy this past month made me think hard about the foods I want to be eating. The Italians were so amazing at taking seasonal, local foods and making them a meal. Their food has a simplicity that is often lacking in our culture. Polenta was a food that was on a lot of Italian menus and I happen to love it. GFR: A Cozy Friday Five
Hey Friends! It seems overnight, the cold arrived in Minnesota. I celebrated my birthday this past weekend with a string of gorgeous (and hot!) 90 degree days. It felt like summer’s last big hurrah and we soaked it up. Monday afternoon, the storms rolled in and so did the cool weather.
